Request to Retest

All students who score below a 70% on a major test have the option to "request to retest" within 3 days of receiving their graded test back. They must attach the form and complete it. The form can be found in their student center in the classroom, or at the button above. They must attach all their notes relating to the unit being tested, any homework, and proof of their efforts to understand the material on their own. This form must also be signed by a parent. Any retakes must be arranged in the morning before school @ 8:40 a.m.
